STUDIO RULES

Please respect the space. We do our very best to ensure the studio is comfortable and inviting to all. Because of this, we do ask that you handle the furniture pieces, backdrops and the overall space with the appropriate care so it can remain an inspiring area for creative practices.

  • Your scheduled time includes the set up and take down necessary for your studio space use. Please book and plan accordingly as to not encroach on another renter’s scheduled time.

  • Furniture can be moved around the space, but please have another person there to help move heavy furniture pieces and DO NOT drag furniture across the floor.

  • Clean up the space after you use it so it is ready to go for the next person coming in. There is a broom, mop and additional cleaning supplies available for you to use. Take any trash with you. Again, please respect the space and the other creatives that will be using it.

  • Please notify the owners of any repairs needed or damage made to the studio immediately. If it is broken when you walk in- give us a call. If an accident happens while you’re there, please notify us asap so we can get it taken care of.

  • Please use two people to change out the paper backdrops if possible! And be extra careful. They are large and awkward and we are hoping to avoid dinging up the ceiling/walls/floors if we can.

  • Any furniture in the main studio is available for use, as well as any unmarked props or linens within eyesight both on the open shelving unit or behind the glass in the large white cabinet inside the main studio. Props within eyesight located in the front lobby area may also be used!

  • You can not put holes in the walls or backdrops. If needed, use command hooks or tape instead of any pins or nails. You will be responsible for any damage that is caused during your rental time.

  • No fires or candles are permitted.

  • Always ensure the door is locked behind you if you are the last to leave the studio.

  • You will be charged a $50 fee if any of the rules above have been broken.
